As a Corporate Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to provide an effective range of legal services to clients in Huddersfield and across the UK including share and asset sales/purchases, mergers, demergers, corporate restructures, share buybacks, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and many more.
The Corporate & Commercial team is well established, having gained an excellent reputation in the UK and abroad. They have won several awards within their division and have been recognized for their huge range of transactions they work on. This has included substantial work within the video game industry in which they have won awards for several years.
The candidate will ideally be 3+ PQE and looking for the next step in their career where they can develop and grow as a solicitor with the fantastic support around them that the firm offers. However, candidates who fall outside of these parameters with the necessary experience are welcome to apply.
