Your Role: As part of this dynamic team, you will:
Work on a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, reorganisations, cross border transactions, integrations, and capital markets projects. Play a key role in high value and complex global transactions, contributing to the drafting of corporate documentation, managing large-scale due diligence projects, preparing due diligence reports, and acting as a country or regional co-ordinator on global deals. Collaborate with partners, solicitors, legal project managers, and legal tech professionals from the firm's extensive global network of offices. Work closely with practice groups, such as Corporate and Securities, M&A, and Capital Markets, to deliver exceptional legal advice tailored to client needs. Escalate project specific issues as required and contribute to the development of innovative services, tools, and processes that drive efficiencies and add value for the firm and its clients. Build strong working relationships with lawyers and partners across jurisdictions, working seamlessly as part of a global team.

Key qualifications and skills include: Qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England and Wales with a proven track record in corporate law. Demonstrable experience in corporate matters such as M&A, reorganisations, cross border transactions, and due diligence projects. A pragmatic, client focused approach, with the ability to provide strategic legal advice to challenging deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels. Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions oriented mindset.
