Highly successful, regional law firm are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE for their Lancaster Office. Our client is looking to hire a new Corporate Solicitor to join their vibrant, well-established team. This law firm is praised for its dedication to providing solutions for their clients and allowing employees to excel in their careers. Within this role, you will be required to handle complex legal issues in a client-friendly manner and work on a range of ventures including: Mergers and acquisitions Reorganisations and demergers Share buy backs Joint ventures Agency and distribution agreements Terms and conditions of business General practical advice to a wide range of clients.
