Sacco Mann is working on this top tier Corporate Solicitor role, based in the Leeds office of one of the largest law firms in the world. The Corporate practice is one of the firm's most successful and profitable teams in the country and has enjoyed year on year record turnover. The team has ambitious plans for growth and is looking to add significantly to its Partnership over the next few years. This therefore presents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious corporate lawyer, looking to pursue a role with genuine progression prospects. You can expect to handle top quality Corporate work and a top of the market salary and benefits package is on offer accordingly. You will deliver to a blue chip client base on cross border M&A, capital markets, private equity, investment funds, venture capital and corporate governance. As a guide, this role is likely to suit an applicant with 3-7 years Corporate experience within a major law firm. That said, in line with growth plans, the team is open to applications from candidates at a wide range of qualification / experience levels and all lawyers with quality corporate experience are encouraged to get in touch. In terms of working arrangements, whilst you will be based in the firm's Leeds office, this team has always been happy to accommodate flexible working arrangements - there are no contracted start and finish times so these can be agreed to suit. Remote working will be fully supported once restrictions are lifted also.
