A long standing regional firm with an excellent reputation in the area is looking to recruit a corporate solicitor for a new position. Opportunity for Partnership.
Joining the successful team, you will be responsible for advising a range of clients in the UK and internationally across mergers, acquisitions, shareholder agreements, investments, corporate restructures, secured lending and partnership agreements.
The role has arisen due to expansion to further strengthen an already high brow team. Applications are invited from corporate solicitors with at least 3 years PQE.
Hybrid and flexible working is available. Salary depending on experience.
