Corporate Solicitor / Associate – Manchester
We are looking to recruit an experienced corporate lawyer ideally with 2 PQE+ although the team is willing to consider candidates with 1 PQE. Newly qualified candidates will not be considered for this opportunity.
Our client has one of the most impressive corporate offerings in the North West and throughout the UK. The team advises across a broad range of corporate matters including M&A transactions and Private Equity deals.

1-4 PQE – Ideally a solid background in M&A work. Private Equity experience would also be useful. Hiring managers are looking for candidates with real passion for corporate law and a real desire to develop a strong career in the Manchester market. One of the most rich and varied diet of deals of any corporate solicitor job in Manchester
Clients range from owner-managed businesses to larger corporates and PLCs operating across a varied range of sectors. This is a hugely successful corporate team advising on the full range of corporate M&A and Private Equity deals. Recent instructions include advising: a national professional services brand on the strategic acquisition of a leading business advisory practice; a PE house on the £10m investment into a leading tech/analytics firm; on the disposal of a portfolio of real estate assets of a major food manufacturer; a well-known financial services company on an Employee Ownership Trust. One of the key aspects of this opportunity is the wide variety of corporate work available from traditional M&A and Private Equity work to more niche corporate/commercial work arising from specialist areas such as Sport. The team is regularly involved in advising Buyers and Sellers on some of the most exciting deals in the North West. The successful candidate will also be involved in business development.
