The Role: We seek an experienced Corporate Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join a top tier firm in their Manchester office. You'll manage your workload, assist on corporate transactions, and provide company law advice.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle corporate transactional and advisory work for diverse clients Support lead advisers and supervise junior lawyers Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings Engage in business development and client meetings Train and develop junior team members Achieve financial and chargeable targets
About You: 6+ years PQE with proven experience in private M&A Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and drafting skills Self-motivated, with excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
