BCL Legal are instructed by a leading Corporate and M&A practice in Belfast. The Partners of this stand-out team are looking for an ambitious qualified corporate solicitor, who is keen to develop their experience working on the most significant corporate transactions in the jurisdiction.
The Corporate team is involved in complex, multi-jurisdictional matters, working with a local and international client base across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, technology, and retail. In this role, you will be working within an award-winning team providing legal advice to leading companies from all industry sectors along with private equity and venture capital providers in relation to their corporate activity in Northern Ireland.
About you You will be a qualified Corporate Solicitor (NQ - 4 PQE) You will have gained experience working within a large, medium or boutique corporate law firm You will be ambitious and have a keen interest in professional development Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team Excellent organisational skills Strong academics
