The Role This firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join their flourishing Portsmouth, Hampshire office. This role will include advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including, advising and handling company sales and purchases, handling asset sales and purchases, and providing independent legal advice. Requirements: You will have 5+ years PQE Solid foundation in corporate and commercial work Good understanding of the corporate market Ability to advise on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings
