As a Corporate Solicitor specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), you’ll collaborate with an award-winning team on high-profile transactions and gain valuable experience alongside some of Northern Ireland’s top legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on M&A transactions and corporate law matters.
Collaborating closely with senior legal professionals on complex and high-value deals.
Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional legal advice.
Contributing to the firm’s continued success and market leadership in corporate law.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven solicitor who is passionate about corporate law and eager to develop their expertise in M&A. Key requirements include:
Experience:
2–5 years PQE in corporate law, with exposure to M&A transactions. Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. Education:
