Then we have just the opportunity for you! The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified corporate solicitor to join our corporate law team. Our highly regarded corporate/commercial team deals with high value, quality cases. Within this role, you will manage a mixed case load of transactional corporate cases including: Asset sales and purchases Share sales and purchases MBOs Restructures An element of general commercial cases (e.g., drafting contracts) A small amount of non-contentious insolvency cases. You will run your own case load as well as support the department manager with some of the larger, more intricate transactions. What makes this role so great? The role involves working alongside the department manager and the firm’s business development manager in assisting the team on its growth strategy, providing great prospects for career progression and development. The role also offers opportunities to work on a variety of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements, and other commercial documents. You: As our ideal candidate, you will be: Qualified to degree and LPC level Knowledgeable and experienced in running a corporate and commercial caseload.
