A leading Yorkshire law firm is currently seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its corporate team based in its York office. Our client is predominately a commercial firm which has specialist private client capabilities too. They are highly regarded in the area and have an enviable client base consisting of many well-known national and international companies ranging from major PLCs to small private companies and charitable organisations.
The role The role will cover a full range of corporate work including but not limited to; mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate finance, joint ventures and business start-ups. Working on behalf of small private companies and multi-national corporations you will get exposure to some good quality work. This role offers great opportunities for progression and the chance to learn from some experienced partners in the team
The candidate The firm have indicated that candidates who are 6 years PQE will possess the correct knowledge and skills to succeed in this role.
