THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have at least 2 years PQE in handling a varied caseload. You will be part of a team and deal with matters including: Succession planning Asset and business sales M&As Re-organisation Partnerships Shareholder agreements Investments You will be an energetic, tenacious, and committed team player with the ability to engage easily with people. Confidence will be key in this role as you are given the opportunity to broaden your transactional skills and become more commercially minded.
