We are working with a growing and successful independent firm in Chester who are searching for a Corporate Tax Advisory Manager to join their busy team. This firm offers real career potential for the right corporate tax manager with a clear progression path for the right entrepreneurial Tax specialist who wants to provide the best advice.
Your new role You will be working as a Corporate Tax Advisory Manager to lead a portfolio of corporate tax advisory work that the firm is currently working on. There is the opportunity to grow the business by bringing on new clients, but this is not a prerequisite. You would be working on a fascinating suite of advisory work such as management buy outs, restructuring work, inheritance tax planning, estate planning, demergers, and property investments.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this Corporate Tax Advisory Manager role, you will ideally be either newly qualified and ready to take on the new challenge or be qualified by experience within a corporate tax role. Corporate Tax compliance experience is useful as there is scope for this role to be 80% advisory with 20% compliance, but our client can also offer a 100% advisory role. If you have corporate tax compliance experience but have the enthusiasm and energy to take on an advisory role, this role is ideal. ATT or CTA qualifications are ideal but not essential for this role. A drive to join an entrepreneurial, self-starting, and successful tax business with ambitious growth plans is a must.
