Capital reduction demergers
EMI valuations
Designing bespoke share incentives
Transitions to Employee Ownership
Tax valuations of shares subject to complex ratchet structures
Benefits:
Total package is negotiable, but as a rough guide it will be 55k-60k

CTA Qualified
