We are looking for a skilled
Corporate Tax Assistant Manager
to provide expert tax guidance to a diverse client base. This role involves delivering strategic advice, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with teams across the business. Key Responsibilities:
Build strong client relationships, managing tax projects efficiently. Provide expert tax advice on loss relief, interest relief, transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, and capital allowances. Work closely with internal teams to identify tax risks and opportunities. Support transaction and restructuring teams on due diligence and insolvency cases. Continuously develop expertise while mentoring junior colleagues. Skills and Experience:
ACA, ACCA, or CTA (part) qualified. Experience in accountancy practice with a solid corporate tax background. Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios effectively. Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills. Familiarity with tax software is an advantage. Benefits:
