About the Role : As a Corporate Tax Compliance Manager, you will oversee the corporate tax compliance functions of our consultancy. Your work will involve ensuring that clients’ corporate tax obligations are met accurately and on time, while also maintaining strong client relationships. You will also provide expert technical guidance to support the wider team on corporate tax matters. In this Role, You'll : Lead the corporate tax compliance process for a varied portfolio of clients. Prepare and review corporate tax computations, integrating R&D tax relief claims. Ensure all corporate tax returns are submitted accurately and on time to HMRC. Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and communicate relevant insights to clients and the team. Collaborate closely with the R&D tax team to align compliance activities with client requirements. Identify and implement opportunities to improve compliance processes, enhancing efficiency and mitigating risks. We're Seeking Someone with Experience Including : ATT/CTA qualification. Approximately five years of experience in corporate or mixed tax roles. Demonstrated experience in corporate tax compliance, ideally within a consultancy or professional services setting. Strong grasp of UK corporate tax regulations, particularly relating to R&D tax relief. Excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail. Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining complex tax concepts to clients and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
