Corporate Tax Manager – Transactions Experience – 100% Remote

We’re seeking a Corporate Tax Manager ideally with some transaction tax experience to join this growing team that offers 100% remote working roles. Our client is a leading provider of tax advice within the mid-market transaction sector, offering comprehensive support on M&A and restructuring transactions. Core Responsibilities: Delivering expert advice on a wide range of M&A and restructuring transactions. Collaborating with Directors or Managing Directors to see projects through from initial advice to execution. Managing multiple projects, including researching tax issues, drafting reports and transaction step plans, preparing clearance applications, and creating financial models.

What We’re Looking For: A Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) or ACA/ACCA qualified professional with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience. Proven experience in a tax advisory role. A robust background in one or more of the following areas:
Mainstream corporation tax advice Corporate restructuring Tax support for lead advisory and transaction due diligence Shareholder value extraction and succession planning Private equity investor and investment vehicle advice Partnership tax Cross-border financing and withholding tax planning International tax issues, including permanent establishments and transfer pricing Employee reward and share schemes
