Job Description Oversee and manage multiple tax engagements, ensuring the delivery of quality tax services. Identify and mitigate tax risks. Coordinate and communicate with clients to meet their tax compliance needs. Provide innovative tax planning and review of complex income tax returns. Train, mentor and supervise tax professionals and assistants. Work closely with partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development activities. Participate in networking and business development activities in Brighton and surrounding areas. Stay updated with industry trends and changes in tax laws to provide appropriate recommendations to clients. The Successful Applicant A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have: Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns. An ACA/ATT/CTA qualification. Strong leadership and personnel management skills. Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems. Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships. Strong skills in negotiation and business development. What's on Offer A competitive salary in the range of £55,000 - £65,000. A supportive and friendly working environment in Brighton.
