Our client, a prestigious accountancy firm in Cheltenham, is on the lookout for a Corporate Tax Manager to join their exceptional team. This role presents an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and make a significant impact in the world of corporate tax.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and deliver corporate tax engagements for a range of clients, including SMEs and large corporations.
Develop and implement effective tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
Provide expert advice on complex tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and international tax issues.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax compliance processes in line with regulatory requirements.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming their trusted advisor on tax matters.
Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Stay informed about changes in tax legislation and industry trends to offer clients the most current advice.
Qualifications:
ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with significant experience in corporate tax.
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax regulations.
