Your new role Manage a diverse client portfolio with significant responsibility. Oversee your team's portfolios and contribute to workflow planning. Achieve revenue and profitability targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Develop and inspire our talented team. Provide a range of tax services and business advice to clients, from small businesses to large corporations. Manage the tax compliance process (corporate and personal) for your clients, resolving queries efficiently. Collaborate with internal departments to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations. Deliver tax advisory services and assist partners with advisory projects. Lead or significantly contribute to tax advisory projects. What you'll need to succeed CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualified. Experience in Corporate Tax or Mixed Tax within a practice environment. Exposure to multiple industry sectors is advantageous. Strong technical knowledge and research skills in complex tax legislation. Excellent communication and client management skills. The ability to work collaboratively and lead a team.
