My client is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager who will work closely with the Senior Management and Tax Partners, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client service. Based in Horsham, enjoy a flexible hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days from home, plus occasional travel to their other offices across the region Your Role as Corporate Tax Manager Client Advisory: Assist UK and international clients in structuring their affairs efficiently, providing strategic advice on reorganisations, demergers, acquisitions, and more. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, becoming their trusted advisor. Compliance Oversight: Manage Corporate Tax compliance for a varied client portfolio, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. Team Leadership: Provide training and mentorship to a team of three, fostering their professional growth. Advisory Assignments: Engage in high-level advisory work, splitting your time equally between advisory and compliance tasks. About you Qualifications: CTA qualified or equivalent experience. Experience: Demonstrable expertise in Corporate Tax, with a proactive, ownership-driven approach. Knowledge: Broad understanding of UK corporation tax and international tax issues, including double taxation, transfer pricing, and more.
