As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for: Working closely with the local partners in delivering a range of tax work. Engaging with a wide range of clients from owner-managed companies and quoted groups to local and national charities. Involvement in compliance and ad hoc advisory work and business development initiatives, working with the team to generate new work. Delivering general corporate tax consultancy, which may include: Group reorganisations. Advice on structuring acquisitions. Due diligence work and SPA reviews. Corporate debt, particularly in a group context. Research & Development tax relief / Patent Box. International tax advice (structuring / financing / transfer pricing). Capital allowances reviews. Requirements: ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with a career developed to Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager levels. A corporate tax focused career background from any mix of in-house and/or accountancy practice firm. A mix of compliance and planning skills with expertise in some areas of corporate tax advisory project work, and a desire to develop further in other areas.
