The role is to work closely with a new Partner joining from a leading international firm in London. This role will act as a "2nd in command" and therefore tangible and realistic career progression is available as the new Partner heads up the group and builds it out further.
The team will benefit not only from their existing corporate tax workload and client base but also be supplemented by the new hire's client base. The corporate tax group works closely with genuinely collegiate and collaborative teams. The group advises on several matters, including but not limited to: Cross-border takeovers Mergers & acquisitions Management buyouts Joint ventures Real estate holding structures Private equity and venture capital
The firm is seeking an ambitious senior associate keen to develop their career and assist in growing the group.
