They are currently recruiting for an individual capable of mentoring the 13-strong team when the current HOD is out of the office. In this role, you will still oversee deals and be involved in the whole range of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity.
Clients include businesses ranging from entrepreneurs, SMEs, and financial institutions to FTSE 100. Operating from 13 UK locations, the team provides advice and guidance on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, private equity, equity capital markets, due diligence, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, reorganisations, demergers, corporate structures, and governance.
This role might suit someone looking for a step down from Partnership or a role with slightly less responsibility.
