The Role
You will be handling a broad range of Corporate/Commercial work, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder and partnership agreements, as well as commercial contracts. The firm has an impressive client base of longstanding, high-caliber local clients. You will be expected to get involved with the progress and development of the firm, therefore you should feel comfortable with business development and marketing.
The Candidate
You will need to be a hardworking and committed individual with a real passion for practicing in this area of law. You should feel confident working autonomously as well as part of a team. Our client is looking for someone with at least 2-5 years PQE; however, this is just a guideline, and applications from candidates who fall outside this PQE range will be accepted.
