Cosmetic Repairers - £23,000 OTE Plus Bonuses Location:

Honiton, Tiverton, Okehampton, Cullompton We are in search of "hard surface cosmetic repairers" ideally with a fine finishing background, such as vehicle repair and paint technicians, factory furniture sprayers, or factory metal finishing sprayers. Candidates should be able to operate a spray gun, not be colour-blind, and possess a fine eye for detail. Experience as a cosmetic surface repairer in the building trade is a bonus. Training will be provided for those with less experience, with opportunities for advancement within the company. The client encourages applications from individuals without experience in fine cosmetic repairs who are willing to learn. Candidates with a keen eye for detail, such as experienced chefs or fine detail cleaners, will also be considered. Service Area:

Our services extend across Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, and parts of Dorset. Clientele:

Our customers include major national house builders, regional house builders, small sole traders, plumbers, kitchen fitters, electricians, bricklayers, local authorities, universities, schools, MOD, care homes, hospitals, and private homeowners. Desired Locations:

Initially focusing on Devon, particularly Okehampton, Honiton, Cullompton, and Tiverton. Salary:

Starting salary of £23,000, increasing to £24,000 plus bonuses after the first year for a proven track record, with potential to reach £27,000 plus bonuses for higher achievers. For capable individuals, earnings can exceed £30,000. Working Hours:

Salary-based role with additional bonuses after the first 12 months. Work hours typically start at 8:30 AM, covering up to 8 hours per day. Actual hours may vary based on travel distance and workload. Working Environment:

Daily tasks may vary from working on multi-build projects to high-end residential properties or military sites. Locations can range from a five-minute drive to an hour and a half away. Driving:

Distances to job sites vary significantly; a company van and fuel will be provided. Uniform:

Supplied (excluding trousers, which must be black or navy blue, no jeans). PPE:

Provided by the company. Company Vehicle:

A fully equipped company van will be issued after the first two weeks, for business use only. Company Mobile Phone:

Issued during the first two weeks of training. Company Credit Card:

Provided during the first two weeks for fuel purchases only, other purchases require manager authorization. Bonuses:

Monthly bonuses commence after 12 months of service, subject to performance. New customer sales and site bonuses commence immediately. Benefits:

21 days of holiday per year plus bank holidays, standard workplace pension (government state pension with top-up), and unpaid sick pay at the director's discretion. Requirements:

Candidates must not be colour-blind, as mixing colours is a common requirement. Comfort with working at heights (ladders, scaffolding) is necessary. CSCS card holders can arrange for their card during training (small fee applies). Training:

The training program consists of: First two weeks: Classroom training with practical in-house training and equipment delivery. Third week: 4 days with a trained technician, followed by one day independently. Fourth week: 3 days with a trained technician, followed by two days independently. Fifth week: 2 days with a trained technician, followed by three days independently. Sixth week: 1 day with a trained technician, followed by four days independently.
