Cost Accountant
to join their team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving cost reduction and productivity within the manufacturing sector. What You’ll Do: Be the go-to for cost analysis and manufacturing budget creation. Lead cost reduction and productivity initiatives, tracking monthly savings. Handle purchase requisitions/POs and financial reviews. Oversee annual evaluations for standard costs on Raw, WIP & FG. Participate in daily management meetings on the production floor. Manage the daily cycle program and present monthly manufacturing results. Prepare and present the Weekly Flash Report and plant scorecard. Support the plant AFE process and ensure compliance with guidelines. Ensure internal control and SOX compliance. Support the Statutory Audit. Build strong relationships with internal customers. Drive continuous improvement of processes and IT systems. Handle ad hoc reporting as needed. What We’re Looking For: Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Part Qualified (CIMA/ACCA) or relevant experience. Manufacturing environment experience is a plus. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Experience in an international organization is advantageous. Proactive, flexible, and pragmatic approach. Knowledge of SAP is desirable. Business level English proficiency.
