We are seeking a proactive Cost Management Specialist to join our dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to Head of Strategic Sourcing Management and collaborating closely with our Technical, Strategic Sourcing, and CRO teams, this role is key to managing and mitigating cost trends across our supplier base.
We are currently hiring two 12 month fixed term contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitor repair cost trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Analyze data to spot patterns, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
Evaluate supplier repair quotes to ensure cost compliance and accuracy.
Collaborate with teams to develop solutions for cost challenges and share best practices.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels, confidently presenting findings and recommendations.
Investigate root causes of cost deviations and propose corrective actions.
Support the development of tools and processes for tracking costs and ensuring compliance.
Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement and cost optimization.
