Under the responsibility of the Project Cost Control & Finance Manager and within Project Control, you will be responsible for cost control of the Construction/Commissioning scope and will interface with the client on matters relating to finance. Be the preferred financial contact for the Site’s operational staff. Measure the economic performance of the Site, in support of the operational manager of the site through the production and presentation of monthly reports & analysis of variances. Be responsible for reforecasting costs and at completion (Periodic Financial Review) in close collaboration with the project managers in your scope (Construction/Commissioning). Contribute to monthly closings by tracking and analyzing costs. Prepare the necessary reportings to monitor actuals versus budget commitments and determine action plans to return to objectives in the event of a deviation. Cash-in management: leading the process for the full project and be responsible for the monthly statement issuance, liaison with all project management to collect qualitative information, explore and exploit opportunities. Participation in negotiation with the client by being a source of proposals to optimize the project’s cash flow situation. Monitoring and management of the SAP analytical architecture on your perimeter. Monitoring and control of Technical Change Note and Cost Change note. Carry out consolidated reporting and ad hoc studies of performance, commercial and operational profitability.
