The candidate will work with adults, young people, and children. They must be a member of a relevant professional body with experience of working therapeutically with these groups. The candidate must be able to work with children and young people as well as adults and be willing to work with people who have experienced sexual abuse. The successful candidate will provide evidence of their training, experience, and ethical practice. They will need to work independently, effectively, and be superbly organised. Reliability is paramount due to the nature of the work and the therapeutic relationship.
