The Role As a Counsellor, you will work as a key member of the specialist team providing a high standard of counselling, including: Tailored counselling approaches to meet the unique emotional and psychological needs of our clients. Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and confidentiality. Work as part of a team ensuring a holistic approach to patient wellbeing. About You You will: Be a Qualified Counsellor. Have an accredited membership, or be working towards, of BACP, UKCP, or BPS or equivalent. Be a compassionate and empathic individual with a genuine commitment to improving the quality of care for your clients. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with colleagues, patients, and their loved ones.
