Our client, a leading metal stockist based in Harlow, has a vacancy for a Fork Lift Driver / Machine Operator.
Working Monday to Friday (Start times may vary on occasion).
Salary: £13.50ph.
Previous experience working with metal and machine operating preferred.
The work will involve: Picking and preparation of sheet and rod metal from order sheets. Programming metal cutting machinery. Using pump trucks and FLT to move pallets and metal around the warehouse and load lorries. Use of machinery to cut metal to size. Use of polishing machine to add grain finish to metal. Working to company health and safety guidelines.
Must be literate and numerate as working from order sheets and measuring metal dimensions.
There is potential that this position will be temp to perm.
