Primary Supply Teachers

to join our network of professionals who provide high-quality education across schools in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. About the Role: As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring continuity in the learning environment for students when their regular teacher is absent. You will work in different schools, adapting to different year groups and subjects, maintaining a positive and productive classroom atmosphere. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons as per provided lesson plans or, where necessary, create your own engaging content to suit the needs of the students. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment. Provide feedback to students and staff on progress, behavior, and any concerns. Adapt quickly to different school environments, teams, and teaching resources. Support students in their learning, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Key Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible and proactive approach to teaching. Experience teaching in a classroom setting is desirable, though newly qualified teachers (NQTs) are also welcome to apply. An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
