Are you a highly skilled administrator with great written and verbal communication? Do you have good organisation and time management skills? If so, Signature Recruitment is looking for a Course Administrator to join a friendly team in a prominent London University. This is a full-time role for a one-year contract. It is offered on a flexible hybrid model, with three days on campus and two working from home. As a Course Administrator, you will be working as part of a busy, fast-paced team. You will be responsible for a range of key administrative and secretarial duties offering exceptional support across the office to academic and professional staff as well as students. This is a process-driven role and the ideal candidate will be organised with great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Course Administrator Key Responsibilities:

Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external queries, dealing with all matters in a professional and timely manner. Ensuring complex enquiries are signposted as necessary. Supporting the management of the shared inboxes and the coordination of internal and external correspondence. Assisting with diary coordination and meeting management. Scheduling teaching timetables and coordinating reading lists and course outlines. Organising the submission and marking of coursework, dissertations, and examinations, ensuring the accuracy of recorded marks. Providing support to meetings and drafting minutes as required. Handling ad-hoc administrative duties to facilitate the smooth running of the team and wider university. Course Administrator Key Skills:

Experience in Higher Education administration. Strong and confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional organisational skills, able to plan, prioritise, and multitask whilst ensuring attention to detail and accuracy. Highly proficient IT skills – MS Office and University-specific databases.
