Hold a Level 5 Teaching Qualification (e.g., Cert Ed, PGCE) or be willing to work towards one. Hold a relevant vocational/technical qualification or degree in the teaching subject. Possess relevant recent experience in the subject sector area and clear expertise. Maintain relevant up-to-date subject knowledge.
