About the Role
Harrogate College is recruiting for a Course Leader for Electrical and Construction Apprenticeships. As part of the role, there will be an expectation to teach and assess electrical apprentices. Additionally, there will be responsibilities of leading and directing the construction apprenticeships.

What You Will Do
Ensure assessment and internal quality assurance processes are followed in accordance with the quality standards required by Awarding Organisations and College policies and procedures. Deliver quality training and assessment in workplace environments using the most appropriate delivery methods to achieve successful outcomes for learners and employers. Manage appointments, schedules, and learner caseload effectively and efficiently. Identify training needs for individual learners and plan and deliver training accordingly. About You
Hold a Level 5 Teaching Qualification (e.g., Cert Ed, PGCE) or be willing to work towards one. Hold a relevant vocational/technical qualification or degree in the teaching subject. Possess relevant recent experience in the subject sector area and clear expertise. Maintain relevant up-to-date subject knowledge. Have recent delivery experience in the Further Education or school sector. About Us
