As a member of the successful Court of Protection team, you will represent a wide range of clients in relation to managing property and affairs, deputyships, trust management, tax affairs, accounts, personal injury trusts, and applications to the Court of Protection. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with ideally 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in Court of Protection work. Our client is keen to speak to individuals who have a genuine interest in this area of law with exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to understand the range and type of clients they work with.
