The successful Court of Protection Senior associate will be joining a reputable team that covers all aspects of Court of Protection work to include property and affairs management and community care for clients who have received compensation through a claim related to personal injury or clinical negligence.
As a Senior Associate, you will take lead on your own caseload of matters in addition to assisting with the mentoring and coaching of more junior members of the team. The ideal candidate should have upwards of 6 years' PQE.
