This well-established and reputable firm is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join its growing team in North Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a Grade B Fee Earner to take the next step in their career within a firm known for its commercial approach and dedication to client care.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle your own caseload with paralegal support, ensuring a high standard of service
Assist the team leader in supervising and mentoring junior team members
Play an active role in marketing, business development and promoting the team’s services
Court of Protection Work includes:
Provide advice and manage Court of Protection applications
Apply for Deputy appointments and provide advice on their roles and duties
Handle contested applications and provide support for ongoing matters
Assist with applications for statutory wills, property transactions and other related matters
Act as a professional deputy and provide ongoing support to Deputies
What We’re Looking For:
Proven expertise in Court of Protection matters, with the ability to manage your own caseload independently
A willingness and ability to guide and support junior team members effectively
Collaborative and supportive approach to working within a team environment
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining regulatory compliance
