Court of Protection Solicitor

to join their team based in their Southampton office. Ideally the firm is looking for someone with at least

2 years' experience

but welcome applications from more

senior individuals . The court of protection team typically work with vulnerable people offering advice on a broad range of matters including

wills, guardianship arrangements, lifetime estate planning, succession planning, trusts, powers of attorney, estate administration and disputes.

The team also support vulnerable clients in managing their affairs dealing with the Court of Protection. This law firm has a
