Responsibilities:

Preparing applications to the Court of Protection

Supporting the team with the drafting of more complex applications to the Court of Protection

Dealing with Personal Injury Trusts

Preparing Will applications

Working alongside litigation solicitors

Working closely with the professional deputies ensuring clients receive all state benefits available to them.

Dealing with complicated family dynamics and disputes
