My client is an award-winning regional firm, recognised for their expertise in private client and court of protection matters. They are now seeking an experienced associate to join their collaborative team.
The work will focus on making of court of protection applications, deputyship and trustee act applications, day to day management of deputyship files, disputes over financial issues, welfare and preparing statutory will and statutory gift applications, amongst other key responsibilities.
