We are seeking to appoint a highly organised Cover Manager to lead our team of dedicated Cover Supervisors. The hours of work in this post are 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus one week). You will: lead and support a small team of Cover Supervisors to ensure that daily cover is delivered effectively. have good communication, time management and IT skills have prior experience of managing people have a knowledge and understanding of the education sector preferably have previous experience of working within a school environment. This role will also include cover supervisor duties.
