We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Manager to join our dynamic team in a secondary school setting in Ilford. The start date is flexible for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate cover arrangements for staff absences. Ensure seamless continuity of teaching and learning by organising appropriate cover. Liaise with teaching staff and external agencies to arrange cover. Maintain accurate records of staff absences and cover arrangements. Requirements: Must already be in a Cover Manager role within a school. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and building positive relationships with staff and external agencies.
