Main responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor will include:
Manage the behaviour of the class to ensure students are working in a constructive learning environment.
Supervise the work set by their subject teacher.
Act as a role model and develop productive working relationships with students.
Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and health and safety of the students.
Ideal Cover Supervisor will have:
Previous experience working in a school setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to manage challenging behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students in their learning.
