for every support staff member you refer! Key responsibilities: Supervise and cover pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects. Ensure students are engaged and set high expectations to promote positive learning. Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policy, creating a safe and productive learning environment. Communicate with staff members; report on student progress and pass on important messages. Uphold the school's safeguarding policy - safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. The ideal candidate for this role will: Have strong communication skills. Be flexible, adaptable, and able to use their initiative. Work well as part of a team. Be reliable, punctual, and professional in their approach. Able to communte across Retford and the surrounding areas.
