As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a productive learning environment. Follow pre-set lesson plans and maintain classroom discipline. Support students with their learning and engagement. Work across a range of subjects and year groups.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with secondary school students (as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Tutor, or similar). Strong classroom management skills and confidence in leading a class. Adaptability and flexibility to work in different schools. A passion for education and supporting young people.
