Cover Supervisor

We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our agency and work with schools in the area on an ad-hoc, flexible basis. Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes of students across all age groups during short-term teacher absences. Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure that students stay on task and engaged in their learning. Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment in line with the school's behavior policy. Provide feedback to the school regarding student behavior and progress. Support students with their learning and provide assistance where required. Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure the welfare and safety of students at all times. Adapt to different school environments and age groups as needed. Key Requirements: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students in a classroom setting. Confidence in managing classroom behavior and ensuring a productive learning environment. Experience working with young people or in an educational setting is beneficial but not essential. A flexible and professional attitude to working in various schools. Ability to follow instructions and deliver lessons effectively.
