to join their team from
January 2025 . This is a
long-term supply role

for the right candidate. About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the school by: Supervising classes during the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a calm and focused learning environment. Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects and year groups. Managing classroom behavior effectively and ensuring that school policies are upheld. Providing support to students, encouraging engagement and learning. Liaising with teaching staff and school leadership to ensure continuity of education for all students. What We're Looking For: Experience working with young people, ideally in an educational or similar setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff. Confidence in managing classroom behavior and promoting a positive learning environment. A genuine passion for education and supporting the development of students. Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
