We are working with Secondary Schools across Sleaford, and looking to build a reliable and inspirational Team of Cover Supervisors to support these schools!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and wants to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task.
- Foster a positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Collaborate with school staff.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to different school environments.
- SEND Experience an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
